Anyword on how to fix this for PS4. This is a glitch on each platform and it svcks. I just want to do BoS quests.

Sadly you'll probably have to learn how to levitate within the game before you'll get a developer response here. Back to seriousness though, that sounds terrible and similar to my issue I kept sinking to about my character's shins in there. Switching between 1st and 3rd person and jumping a bunch eventually seemed to correct the issue for me.
