At the part of creating the portal with the brotherhood, and everything is well powered (5 med generators, and 1 large) everything is hooked up, everything is lighting up, yada yada, but it puts a waypoint on the "stabilizer reflector platform" and I can't bring up dialogue with the elder and Ingram is just telling me where to get parts for stuff when its all built. Need help troubleshooting or something, hard reset did not work

I figured it out, go there without any companions, and store everything that is there, and restart it from absolutely nothing
