Ok, well I have discovered a bug. A very large one at that. While starting a new game for my second time I discovered while leaving the cryo pods within vault 111, my character freezes and is unable to move (Physically and Looking motion, as in my thumb sticks don't apply). Does anyone have any ideas?

Restart your console. It will work after that
