all my purified water is gone out of workbench

i have had the water purifier in sanctuary for ages and have added the industrial one recently but not only have i not had a single purified water added to my workbench all the ones i found out in the world or created with dirty water have disappeared out of my workbench.

i had around 28 made 5 lots of vegetable adhesive (5 used) which left me 23

every single one of those 28 was found or made with dirty water, not a single one was added through the purifier (i didnt even now the purifiers did this till i read it somewhere as nothing in game tells you this)

about 2 real life days of gaming went to make some more adhesive and i have none? those 23 remaining have disappeared?
