I'm doing one of the first quests for the Railroad called Tradecraft. I've followed Deacon to meet the "tourist" Ricky, and when I speak to him, all he says is, "Oh, thank god. Do you have a geiger counter? Do you have a [censored] geiger counter?" And I can't say anything more to him. I've tried talking to Deacon, and all says is, "hey."

I've tried walking away and I've tried waiting by sleeping, but neither have let me have a conversation with Dalton.
