Classical Radio Station and its removal...

Post » Fri Nov 27, 2015 5:21 am

Once you complete the main storyline following the path that I took, you lose access to listening to this radio station. Why?!?!?! I understand that the signal is no longer broadcasted, but I am now left with only one radio station that plays music! I enjoy the Classical radio station much more and I would REALLY appreciate it if it could be made available permanently! Unless there's some way to get it back, I would ask you to highly consider this. Thank you for the great game otherwise! I can't wait to play through it again!

PS: I left the description a bit dry to not spoil it for anyone who hasn't completed it yet but just understand that if you take my path (as I'm sure many others have) you lose the radio station... If further details need discussing I'll provide them.

Wow, that is just.....wow.

On one hand, kudos for adding immersion, would be odd to,continue broadcast if logic says it was taken offline (no idea. Not that far into story and dont want to know. I spend most my time as a junk collector)

But feel your pain - if classical station went away I'd have a lot of radios to replace in my settlements.

Change to Radio Freedom :) Same Classical Music in addition to an Annoying Minute men saying .... "All is free on the homeward front" every once a song or so.

You are the best. I guess it was just my luck that after I lost it, I checked the Radio Freedom and it was the minutemen talking. Just thought it was lost. I can deal with that message as long as I have my Classical music back! Thank you!

EDIT: After listening to this Radio Freedom station for awhile, I realized it is NOTHING like the Classical radio station. It is a standalone violinist and not what I was looking for :/ It seems you really do lose the Classical radio station. While realistic, it's also very much a part of the game that I didn't want to lose.

It's okay! You were just trying to help haha. I hope that they can add a way to reenable the station or something! I don't always want to listen to Diamond City's radio station haha.
