Charismatic Sniper Build

Only thing on there right now is the base stats I intend to start with on this character.

My reasons are, I want to max CHA because to me the speech challenges make the dialogue a bit more interesting. I plan on using the Book and Bobblehead's to boost this to 10.

AGI I want just enough to get the Mr. Sandman and Sneak perks (to start).

PER I want enough to get the Sniper perk (obviously) I put it at 7 since you get the PER Bobblehead really early.

INT enough to get the Hacker ability for the beginning (plan to build up to 6 for the Science perk)

STR / END not hugely important to me at the start, may put points in them later (maybe Chem Resistant for non-addictive Jet/Psycho) and Armorer.

Any tips or alterations that would fit the Charismatic Sniper role better?

No tips on sniper. My sniper perk is my finger control.

But I am going max char as well, just so I can have the max settlers per settlement.

I swear it's not going to be popular opinion to some, but I am really digging how this incarnation of FO4 is basically Settlement Simulator Pro + guns.

*maybe not 'Pro' until all the settlement issues are sorted out in patches but sounds cooler than SS Basic

Only settlement issue I have run into is I wish the building pieces would snap to the edges of a given base / plot.

And maybe make the settlement view top-down when trying to build.
