We see Weight while customizing power armor, it will presumably affect movement speed as it's not equippable
Gunplay has been streamlined with hitmarkers and crosshairs and realistic physics

You can Hold Breath while aiming down sniper
Ragdoll of falling body looks very nice
It's possible to blow off pieces of armor from your enemy
Destructible environment, at least in this scripted event
The same lying on floor animation from previous games (come on Bethesda)
Special death animations like falling forward
Jetpack! If you can jetpack around, it means there's no buildings that are broken from behind
