I was wondering if anyone could provide the exact dimensions of the screen area of the physical pip boy (so the length and width of the area we can see the screen in) and the dimensions of the cutout where the phone would go. I'm looking at using a microcontroller running Android and a LCD to create a real pip boy that doesn't require my phone. But to do this I need the dimensions. An engineering drawing of this part of the pip boy would be even better and let me be able to make this as best as possible.

Could anyone from Bethesda help with this?

The Pipboy comes with different sizes of foam inserts to fit different phone models, and a foam insert you can cut yourself if you have an odd phone or screen size.

I know that it comes with different foam inserts. But I am wondering what the total area that the foam insert fits into is. That way I can manufacture my own insert.
