I'm having this issue where I cannot progress through the mission "Tactical Thinking" because I didn't finish the dialogue exchange between myself, Proctor Ingram and Lancer-captain Kells, I thought I had finished the exchange and went on with the mission to kill the railroad, after doing so and reprogramming P.A.M. I'd realised that I still had to talk to Kells to begin the mission but when I go to talk to Kells he doesn't bring up the subject thus not allowing me to progress, The earliest savepoint is 5 hours before and I would rather not lose that much progress, Is there any way for me to trigger the exchange again or would I have to ditch all efforts with the BOS?
