It took me PLENTY of hours to complete 50 Misc. Tasks. I have not received the achievement? Has this happened to anybody else?

Also I crafted 88 weapon mods and STILL havent got Armed and Dangerous.

These are the last two achievements I need to complete the list, it's disheartening i might never get to complete it.

Any possible fix?

I had a few of the achievements not show up for several days after the update for the XBox One's dashboard. Did you try a hard reset of the Xbox to see if they show up as "Done-Unlocking?". After I saw that I knew I could stop crafting.
