Laggy, slow, choppy movement - early game

First off, I LUV F4 so far!! :twirl:

I'm not far into the game, I just found my dog, scavenged the area, headed to Commonwealth but all of a sudden the entire gameplay is slow & choppy enough to give me a headache to walk around & I'm not in any major action or battles to slow anything down.
Just walking from Sanctuary City to Commonwealth. I don't know why every move I make is like 1 frame at a time instead of smooth moving like in the beginning?
I've taken the disk out & put it back and changed my sensitivity setting & neither helped.

I'm going to uninstall the game & restart to see if I can get it back to normal movement again & hope it holds for me.

Other than that, no bugs or problems so far :D

A lot of people are experiencing this issue on both X1 and PS4, and at this point the only suggestion is to buy an SSD, which are pretty expensive ($150+). Unless Bethesda can improve it through a patch, we'll continue to see these huge drops in frame rate.

Even with an SSD (I have a Samsung 850 Pro 500GB), there are still frame rate issues, just lessened a bit.
