I've tried to find some good how-to info on this topic with very little success. I was able to put together a plus-sign using lightboxes, and have installed it to the outside of my settlement while being connected to a terminal. I'm trying to figure out how to make it flash one color, or flash random colors. I've installed an interval switch with ON at 1s and OFF at 1s, but it won't flash or change colors.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do differently?
