I can run fallout windowed but since I have a 4K display it means I can this little stamp in the top left corner. As soon as I run it fullscreen I get a busy pointer and the program does not respond anymore. It does not matter in wich resolution I try fullscreen, even the lowest one makes it crash. How can this be solved because right now the game is unplayable.

I have exactly the same issue on Windows 7.

However, mine would run fullscreen yesterday, the day of release. Only after today's patch did it break and refuse to run at all, hanging exactly as you have described. They really need to fix this.

I am having the same issues. Drivers are up to date etc.. I didn't buy this game to play it on a quarter of my monitor. Fix or refund.
