So i have a confirmed 70/65mbs connection on this actual machine.

Steam downloads 1-3sec of game, then stops, and schedules for later.

Its so extremely frustrating!

I have done all standard stuff such as

No firewall, no nothing

Added the -tcp as a lauch option
