Hey there fellas! I am trying to run this game on Windows 10 64 bit, but still cant even open the game. I tried many things to fix this problem but didnt work yet!
-Updated my graphic driver for latest version
-Tried runing game on compatibility
-Rollback graphic driver to July version
-Tried to open with windowed mod
This options is not wirkong for me. I played all fallout series(including Fallout 3 development hell version) and i need to play this one so quick ! Thanks for and help!

Having the same issue. But I've made several successful attempts to load the game.
After click on 'Play' button in the launcher - quickly click on some window to make it active (for e.g. internet browser) instead of a game application. This will cause to load the game in a background. ALT+TAB to a game window when the video intro sound appears.
You may need 3-5 attempts to make it load correctly. It sounds weird but it works for me.
