I have 8 green squares across my screen that only appear when I'm not in a menu and playing. They aren't in the loading screen and almost disappear when I bring up my pip boy or use a terminal. They completely disappear when I look at the sky but come back when I look back down. They won't go away, they appeared before and went away but are now permanently in my game. It's extremely annoying but not game breaking or anything.

Update: the squares disappear if I look at the ocean too.

But they don't disappear permanently just while I'm looking at the ocean.

Any suggestions on how to fix that?

Play a different game, if everything is nice and clear on other games then you don't have to worry about it being an issue with your PS4. If everything looks good then it's likely an issue with FO4. Try a game data reinstall. Sadly there aren't too many fixes to anything since there's no real feedback from Bethesda on any issues...

Thanks for the tip. Everything looks fine on the phantom pain, black ops 3 and battlefront so I'll try the game data reinstall.
