Actually the Mintuemen and BoS can stay on good terms.

You dont HAVE to destroy the BoS if you side with the Minutemen, so long as you do it right.

I really disliked being forced to kill the factions to proceed in one quest line. All three quest lines are equally distasteful.

It seems there is no way to not murder innocents as each faction wants the other two dead.

It was like nv house wants the brotherhood dead ncr wanted house out of the way cesar wanted everyone dead.....well i only played it once so someone else will explain it better.

It's the problem of every faction wanting to destroy the others, really.

But yes, a Stormcloak and Imperial treaty would have been nice.
