When I go into VATS or the settlement building screen when i am placing an object, my screen becomes a green, pixelated, "Fuzzy" mess. It is similiar to what happens when a tv is not tuned to the right channels, except with this the color of the "fuzzyness" is the color of the HUD.

It makes VATS and settlement building a pain.

I did not see this bug posted anywhere on the forums; if it is, i would be happy to look at previous posts.

If not, i appreciate any input.

Changing graphics quality and HUD color did not fix the problem.

I am not quite sure how to include the screenshot i took of the issue; if my description of the problem is too vague, tips on how to include the picture are welcome.

UPDATE:

After almost destroying my computer, i fixed the problem!

Turns out it was an outdated driver; i suggest updating them for anyone who experiences this issue.
