I can't pick locks I am at the point to get the power armor, and I couldn't get any further. I try to pick the lock to the door and all I see is a blurry screen. Any idea how to fix this?

I have the same problem. The background goes blurry, and from what I see in other screenshots, I should see a clear superimposed image of a lock, my pick and a screwdriver. Instead, all I see is the blurry background. I can move my mouse around and hear the lock action.

Started the game using whatever I had before (v.14-something). Updated to latest stable 15.7 (64-bit), but that didn't solve it. Updated to beta version 15.11, but that also didn't solve it.

Adjusted all manual settings from start screen to low-end (by default my system runs everything in ultra high), still didn't solve it.

Kinda stuck for now. I have four bobby pins and four locks to pick in the first town, and I'd rather get all the loot before moving on.
