So it's crap? You cannot wear mods with it or mod it....

Nicest armor so far and can't wear it...

Heck I wear it. It is indeed the coolest armor I have found so far.

I wore it for a while. It wasn't total crap for me, but I should also mention that my first character is a stealth character, so it's not like I'm a huge damage sponge. I really just liked the way it looked.

I actually gave Kellog's armor to my travel companion to wear. I am still hooked on the Silver Shroud outfit that I've been improving.

I used it for a long time. I played a stealth character and the low weight made it good for my hoarding as well as it just looking nice.

Well, I wear it, and I'm not using stealth much. It just looks so good I can't resist. Somehow I make do.
