I've been running Fallout 4 with Ultra graphics setting and noticed this problem in Build Mode:

I have not noticed any other problems with the game. I have tried all other graphics settings, and this continues to happen. It's not a game-breaker as for the most part I can still see what I'm doing, but I doubt that this is working as designed. Others have confirmed that they are not having the same problem I am so I figured I should post about it. Thanks in advance for any help figuring this issue out!

Has anyone else had this issue? It's rather irritating to deal with, and I know not everyone has had it, so I'm concerned it is an issue somewhere on my end, but I don't know where to look.
