It's just on Fallout 4, that the game is louder on the right ear.

I allready reinstalled the game and searched through the web for a solution but without success.

I use the Logitech G930 and Windows 7, if that helps in any way.

Try this it worked for me: Right click the speaker icon in the system tray and click Playback Devices, highlight the G930 speakers and hit configure. Go through the wizard and DESELECT all of the speakers so that you only have left and right. Then go to Properties of G930 speakers and to enhancements, and make sure Channel Phantoming is checked. Doing this should made the stereo sound correct in certain apps that have issues like fallout 4.
