Apparently God exists in Fallout 4 because the Dead have risen. I just completed Diamond City Blues which part of it was I had to "break up" a chem deal...so I shot Nelson Latimer in the head. Now he died. How do I know this? My helmet is upgraded to highlight anyone alive with a reddish pink color. After I sniped him, the color went away. Meaning he was dead.

Well long story short I walk into the Colonial Taphouse the next day and holy hell, he was sitting at the table drinking a beer as if nothing happened. Although he says "Get lost, Im fixing to kick your [censored]." and "You got the drop on me last night. But one day I'll get the drop on you"

Get the drop on me? [censored] you were freaking dead. D.E.A.D. Not playing dead, literally dead. I put an extra round into each of you to be doubly sure. And here you are walking and talking like nothing happened. Like I said God is in Fallout 4 because the dead have risen.

While I believe he does (who else would be out to get the Wastelanders?), I actually think there's an easier explanation.

I settled this one settlement just north of Vault 81 and after I "failed" to save it I killed everyone because I could...turned out they were all Synths. Possible bug? But how did a Synth react that quickly? I mean come on

The only god in my game is my character.
