Gambling? Casino? Caps-Forging?

Post » Fri Nov 27, 2015 7:44 am

so i've been wondering the commonwealth, and i've added two caps collector perks, still having a helluva time gaining any substantial amounts of money. one of the problems is you can't carry much, and i'm obsessed with picking up junk to scrap.

I tried looking on the wikia, but alas, it appears there's not even a caravan type game. COMPLETELY GUTTED

Is this true? And any tips for making quick caps besides player.additem 00f 40000000000000000 in the console?

Well, I have strength 6, and charisma 6. I have strong back perk, so I can lug tons of crap around. I also have the local leader perk so I build one of each shop in my settlement, and 2 industrial water purifiers. Wearing some charisma boosting gear I can sell a purified water for 10 caps and I don't have any of the cap boosting perks yet I don't think. Just make sure you are looting stuff with high value/weight. Some things are crazy heavy so even if they are worth a lot they stop you from taking other stuff. And some things might look like they are not worth a lot, but if they have weight 0 or 0.1 then I always pick those up. Perhaps you are just spending way too much on ammo and stuff if you can't make any money.

wat u guise tank wud b gud game to mod in?

in New Vegas we could not add menus, or rather, no one could figure out how to add new menus (which is how the gambling games operated),

but i wonder what sort of limitations are going to be this time. Very sad there is not at least one gambling game. even if its slots, it will need to be done. i will do it.

I have more than enough money, have no economic perks, and for a long time my Luck was 1

I must just pick up too much [censored]. If you are going to do so, aim for a <1:10 weight/value ratio so you're not hauling heavy junk. Of course, a lot of random stuff is used for settlements and equipment upgrades, though we are able to tag which types to specifically look for. Have your companion carry to their max and visit vendors and workshop storage as needed after every expedition.

I melee a lot which no doubt saves on ammo, and nowadays am always in power armor with increased carry. But I was already decently off before then
