Considering that porting to/from other games in regard to gamesas games, this is really the wrong place to ask, and answer.
If you're talking recreating from scratch, something that actually takes a bit of skill to do, then that's okay.

To get download privelages, you have to become a member, post 10 times (no spam) and get approved by an admin. The mod itself is in the armor section called MW2 MOD, it has ranger armor, shadow company, juggernaut and some CoD4 ones in progress. TF141 will be done in the future, but not too far away.
