I'm glad that Power Armour finally looks like Power Armour

Oh, that's why you're confused. Bethesda changed the appearance of the Enclave's armour in FO3, but now they are going back to its original appearance.

I think yes, here is the article:
http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Enclave_power_armor

It is said there that the Advanced Mk II in FO3 is a redesigned version of the original Advanced Mk II which first appeared in FO2, with the Advanced Mk II an improvement of the original Advanced Mk I

Imagine that when we wear a power armor, we could pose, and the grass/debris behind us suddenly goes boom.

Well they didnt "change" it, they made it a newer Mark since the Enclave is advanced enough to create it's own tech. This is evident by NV possessing the "Enclave Remnant Armor" as an older relic from FO2 days since the Adv Mk II was not made back then

That also confused me... But I would think that the original Mk II looks similar with the one in FO1 and FO2 (and FO4), with the one in FO3 being just a fancy reskin of it...

It does look pretty dope. I kinda wish they had sleeker power armor though cuz I never play characters that just shoot [censored]. They always sneakily shoot [censored] and that doesn't mesh well with the bulky armor.

Ok, that makes sense. Personally I always preferred the older appearance myself, so I'm happy to see it make a return.

I agree, nothing against the FO3 armor but that old-school enclave tech is just way epic

Agreed, I hope the Tesla variant will be in FO4 because I do love me my Plasma Rifles and their face melting awesomeness.

Combine that with the new auto-plasma sniper rifle that is now possible to build...

Ohohoho I remember the first time seeing "Plasma Sniper Rifle" and "Automatic Plasma Rifle" as possible outcomes of the new crafting system~

All hail the green goo.

Indeed, however I'm more interested in building a Plasma Scattergun. I think it would be a good counter against those dastardly Death Claws, Supermutants and any other irradiated horrors they throw at us.

I'm guessing the Character starts with 200 Carry Weight. The demo shows 2 points in Strength and later shows 220 CW prior to leaving the Vault.

Each piece of armor shown was within a few units pending the model.

R Arm - 15

L Arm - 15

R leg - 15

L Leg - 15

Torso - 20

Head - 10

Assuming the exoskeleton has weight, one may be pressed to pack it all up at one time.

i agree since BGS asked ID software and Bungie when redesigning the combat in the game so you don't have pump 4 shells at somthing chargeing at you to get 1 hit lol

quote"Combat is receiving a major stimpak thanks to some consulting with id Software to improve the second-to-second shooting. Bethesda's goal? To have the shooting stand shoulder to shoulder with the other great options on the market. The studio even hired away some Bungie talent to help with this remodel. With the new, built-from-scratch shooting system, Howard says Fallout 4 plays much more like a modern shooter. You can aim down the sights, use V.A.T.S., and play in first or third person."
