So i'm at the point in the MQ where i need help to infiltrate the Institute and i'm already aligned with the Railroad, can go forward with them and do the Minute Men chain after i've done the MQ?

Rebuilding the wasteland seems like the perfect thing to do after i'm done with more pressing things, would be shame if that weren't possible.
