[Spoilers] How to obtain a synth suit after ending : Fallout 4

Hey guys,

i just finished the story and i sided with railroad. at some point i found a synth suit (underwear like vault suit or bos-suit) but somehow i must have dropped it again *facepalm* but i liked the look. does anyone know where i can find it after i destroyed the institute ?

Maby you will find one again, its a really big game, just do missions till than.

I sided with the Railroad and just recently went back to HQ after a few days of screwing around in the Commonwealth and...well, I can only describe it by spoiling it:

Patriot (the synth bro that led the rebellion, Liam or whatever) committed suicide and his body is on a bed in the middle of HQ with everyone circled around him. You can loot his body for some ammo and his suit

How this event triggered I am not sure because I went there a few times before and this never happened, even after the MQ.
