Very incosistent texture quality and frame rate.

Hello.

First of all let me tell you that my PC doesn't fully surpass the minimum requirements of this game.

This is my configuration:

AMD FX 8350

8GB RAM

AMD HD 6850

Plenty of HDD space.

Windows 8.1

Catalyst 15.7

I fired up the game and it run, and run well in the beggining.

I was able to play for about 10 hours with the graphics settings being between Low and Medium, and with a comfortable frame rate.

Yet while mostly the frame rate is fine, there are some specific areas that it gets devastated. One of them was a town full of feral ghouls.

At that point my frame rate fell well below 30 fps, and even though I reduced an amount of different graphic settings nothing fixed it even a bit.

After I left the area, the frame rate went beyond 60 frames, yet there, at that specific place, the frame rate falls to even single digit numbers.

I write this here because I played Skyrim too, and I don't remember that game having such a big difference in frame rate from one place to the other.

Here the difference is way too exaggerated.

Another thing is that texture quality is inconsistent too.

I crancked up texture quality to Ultimate (while at areas of course that don't have the frame rate problem I mentioned) and while some textures are clean and detailed and fine for a modern game, at the very same place,

some other textures are way too low res. Lower res than Skyrim's 'low' texture setting. How can in Fallout 4's 'ultra' setting being textures that look worse than Skyrim's 'low' setting ?

Some textures don't even have painted detail at all and are just single-colored. And this is not something that is only happening to me, but its happening for everyone, no matter their graphics cards.

Is that the way the textures are supposed to look ?
