I'm not sure where to post this so i'm posting it here. I was watching Force Strategy Games streaming Fallout 4 on the pc on Twitch. He was Level 7 and in Vault 111, some how he got the Cryolator out of the box, This box has a Master Level lock. This got the gears in my head spinning, so having cross referenced a Youtube video that MrMattyPlays did on getting the aformentioned Cryolator, i came to the realisation that he could have found a glitch. As the minimum level needed to unlock Master Level locks is 18. Can someone please look into this.
