When I booted up fallout 4 the game would only take up 1/3 of the screen. My PC specs are compatible no problem there. I use a 9:21 inch monitor and no settings will support my screen size. I need help fixing this issue.

Its a known issue, that ultra wide screen resolutions aren't supported. Hopefully it will be added, for those with 21:9 ratio monitors or multiple screens.
