When we receive this game for PC. Are we going to have it install through steam or is it a stand alone windows version?

Is there going to be armor,

Helmet, 2 Arms, 2 Legs, Chest

or

Helmet, 2 Arms, 2 Legs, Chest, 2 Hands, 2 Boots?

or

Helmet 2 Arms, 2 Legs, Chest, Hands Boots?

Ask this since trailer of gameplay only shows arms legs helmet chest as moddable for the power armor.

So I figured arms were hands to shoulders and legs are feet to hip.

6 armor piece? Course if you add eyes for glasses. Would be 7.

What is the new engines creation tool going to be for the PC?

It's likely to be on Steam.

Armour? We don't know yet, but single piece armor has been a Fallout thing since the originals, rather than the multiple piece formula of Elder Scrolls.

Creation Kit? Some reports are sometime in 2016 at the moment.

the showcase showed a vault suit with independant parts for arms, legs chest atleast to be modded (i do think left and righr arm/leg are sepperated too) but i guess for the power armor it will be no more then the basic pieces (so both legs/arms, chest, head. )

Chances are its going to be a steam only download code in the retail box, verry vew developers use hard medio like dvd's anymore since getting 60+Gigs on dvd's is getting troublesome (ie: 6 dvd's to install) but only time will tell.

We will know when the game comes out just how indept this secmented modding of armor is unfotuetly, unless the tease us down the road with some more info.
