open pip boy and it blurs the screen with the menu buttons underneath like drop, cycle damage, etc. but no pip boy shows up. have tried restarting, opening esc menu and out, in and out of third person everything. Can only access in game menu in power armor now. Also at the same time i'm unable to run anymore. It just completely doesn't register me hitting shift to run. As a side note i've seen general bugs where some terminals, safes and items in general says i can't move, unlock or access them at all while in power armor but others will for no reason. confirmed, my pipboy often disappears too as described above. it's almost like it's locked in inspection mode. quit/restart to fix.
