this is weird sometimes the ~ ` key works and sometimes it does not.... most of the time not one time i got it to work by a cold shutdown of the computer and restart but I think that was a coincidence the kiey is working when i tab out and check it in some other program.

so any ideas why this is behaving this way and a way to fix it?

By the way I was scratching my head till I recalled the holding the tab would turn on or off the pipboy flash light

All I can tell you is mine works every time. Which surprises me no end, since I am playing with an XBox One controller.

The "`" is live while I am using controller, and the whole keyboard works within the debug console. Happy clam here. Maybe happy mirelurk...

yes it worked just fine the first day till i quit fo dinner then it didn't

then yesterday it didn't for about 8 hours then it did for about an hour... after dinner it wasnt working again

and today so far no luck at all

i hit the north American key ~` after every fight to check if it feels like working but no soap so far today
