probaly not, unles the map is like HUGE. I doubt we will see any vehicles at all ingame, working ones that is.

Epic fail indeed. That is an APC, as in Armored Personal Carrier. Not a bus or a car. The tracks should have at least given you a clue - though some APC are wheeled.

And no Todd had stated in an interview at E3 that we would not be getting a working car.

Probably have to hope for someone modding it in if you're on PC. However, we did see the player manning the gun on a Vertibird (but that might be a scripted sequence and not controlled flight).

probaly a taxi between poin A and B, i can see the whole vertibird being used as a taxi/ fast travel service.

There was a cool bit in the Point Lookout DLC where you were a passenger in a boat - just an opening cutscene. Perhaps something like that could happen.
