There is no quest marker on the map for the associated quest; I had to manually find the building. I killed everything inside and the quest didn't complete.

I went back to the railroad safehouse, and the leader seems to have vanished.

I'm having the same issue, it tells me to go to the super mart but I don't get a waypoint for it on my map and when I go there and kill the ghouls nothing happens.
