No Multi-Monitor support can I get a platform exchange?

Dear Bethesda,
What in heck happened to Multi-Monitor Eyefinity support in fallout 4?
Not to be a jerk but it 's 2015 not 2005 and in all honesty I have better luck getting 10 year old games to span triple monitors. Half Life 2 came out in 2004 and I have no problem getting it to work in Eyefinity triple monitor set up WITH bezel compensation.
You all dumped how much money into the development of this game? And you still couldn't take an extra day and had some one work on Multi-Monitor, Eyefinity, and Ultra wide modes? This honestly shouldn't have been a problem! Did ya all run out of funding or something? Lead programmer quit? You decided to pull an EA and release an incomplete game?
Honestly I'm disappointed. I got a DVD install and I still needed a steam account which honestly isn't much of a problem by itself but I had to sit thru a 20+Gb download! WTF was the purpose in even selling a DVD? it was a waist of resources ... Maybe you all should have just a skipped the physical medium, done a full steam digital download only install, so you could put all the money you would have saved into finishing the game with proper monitor resolutions and multi-monitor support!
BTW You all do know most people in the US have capped downloads don't you? You took like 10% of my monthly cap and 45 minutes of my life that I'm never going to get back.
So my question is can I get an exchange (PC for PS4) or a refund (So I can actually go buy the PS4 version)?
Thank You
P.S. No wonder PC gaming is dead! On the bright side I can finally make a complete switch to Linux So I don't have to suffer Mico$nots Winblows anymore!
