The game crashes, without fail, in the CIT area as I attempt to do the Hunter/Hunted quest.

This is not a graphical issue. The crashes happen regardless of settings Low/Ultra. I have not edited my ini files. I have re-installed the game as well. The crashes happen on windowed mode and normal mode.

I have sent the DxDiag file to Beth support but am doubtful it will do anything.

How could such a significant area of the map be unplayable? Especially as it includes the Main Quest?!

edit: My graphic cards drivers are up to date(geforce experience 358.91). I have the latest version from steam as well. Yes, my pc meets all suggested requirements.
