I think I haven't found any vendor that doesn't have them.

I think I've found 4/5 on all weapons vendors, and there's generally one on general traders as well. They are far too widely available in my opinion.

I've seen one at Diamond City's "No Synths Allowed" store on a regular basis.

And the trader who visits Sanctuary Hills regularly (Carla?) once had one.

nearly every weapon store and often general traders and the named traders. I've about 175 at this point, they may be a touch too plentiful.

The gun shop at Goodneighbor has them too.

I...do not really use power armor all that much (at all really). I just collect them from wherever I find them.

Arturo has them all the time. Like 5 at a clip.

Now that I beat the game I've practically moved into my XO1 for all wondering and exploring now. I currently have around 80 fusion cores and after every 3-5 hour play I gain another ten even though I've used a couple. I don't think they're too plentiful, if you don't like it don't use it. I enjoy my Power Armor museum at Sanctuary as well now that I'm up to 10 suits.

diamond city and goodneigbour merchants have them in stock everytime i go to them.

Quartermaster on the Prydwen sells them too.

I found 7 today in the space of 30 minutes.

3 were on the second floor of of Fort Strong in a box.

The next 4 can be found in an ammo box on either the 2nd or 3rd floor of the East Boston Prep School.

What level are you and under what category are you looking? They are considered Ammo by the game.

It is possible that there is some level or quest completion requirement for vendors to start carrying them.... * shrug *

yeah, I never needed to buy cores, I have 60+ left and I'm level 55 now. They are *eveywhere*, you just need to look.

2mm EC Ammo, on the other hand.... where do I score some of that? lol

Same for me. Those two merchants consistently have a couple apiece.

Or you know, start killing BOS soldiers - they drop anywhere from 2 to 8 fusion cores apiece if wearing power armor.

Trashcan Carla even has them in Sanctuary! The vendors in Goodneighbor and Diamond City always have them as well. I don't recall a visit where they did NOT have at least one.

also, there is a certain mission you will be asked to undertake to provide 3 cores. I did that, got paid 200 caps (worth over 1500 from vendors!), and then found out they were returned to my stash in Sanctuary

don't buy them if you can just "foot" it around until higher levels..

Weapon and junk vendors tend to have them.

I find them occasionally on big-ticket gun vendors like Arturo and Cricket. You'll almost never find them naturally.

The vendor on the PRYDWEN has 7-8 of them

Currently their is no way to recharge Fusion Cores
