Settlements glitch?

Hey guys!

So, I noticed that sometimes, when I'm checking settlements on my pip boy, some of them show that happiness is decreasing and there some lack of something, like food, water and beds. When I got there... Everything's fine. But ok... "Nice" I thought...

The thing that worries me most, is the fact that even when you have everything ok, the happiness is decreasing.

Yesterday, I invested a lot of time building more thing in Sanctuary, send some more new people there and averything was ok. I have plenty of beds and resources, stores, etc etc When I noticed that, I thought, maybe they want pretty thing, and started to bluind some new houses, decorating them but... They still getting unhappy.

I don't know what I was doing wrong, but it's pretty annoying because I want that settlement to reach maximum happiness.

Is this happening to you either?

Happiness generally does up and down normally. That's fine.

The other issue is a glitch I've noticed before myself and gotten use to it.

That is a bug that happens sometimes when you fast travel between settlements. When you check the settlement in the pip-boy a resource (usually water or beds for me) shows as 0. I'm not sure if this is just a display issue or if the resource is actually missing for game logic. It can be fixed though! Better safe than sorry. To fix it, travel to the bugged settlement. Walk out of the settlement area. Then fast travel back to the settlement.

To avoid the issue happening again, never fast travel from one settlement to another. Instead, walk out of the settlement you're in and fast travel to the destination settlement. You don't need to do that if the destination is NOT a settlement though.
