* Strange Meat Stand
* Corpse & Chains Wall Hanging
* Slave Auction Stand (generates caps)

Super Mutant Settlement Pack

* Super Mutant settlement beacon (summons Super Mutant settlers)
* Blood Bags

Enclave Pack, Brotherhood of Steel Pack, Institute Pack, and so on.
