A true Healer's Mod idea?

A while back in one of the other threads in General Discussion I think, we touch on the possiblility or wishes for game play in the future games (we hope). One of the subjects touched on briefly about NPC interaction was the possibility of having a Healer Player Character who applies this aspect in game, at will. For instance, you walk a road and come upon a caravan that has been laid waste to. Vardos aflame, many dead, but you find a few survivors who are either against a tree or pinned and your character has options to either heal them, and get them to safety, or sadly, to end their pain due to the severity of their damages.

This got me thinking of the mod possibility, for any of the resident modders who wax in that direction. A mod where the true healer walks the land and finds all manner of folks in need, from the truly drastic to the truly comical. Some could be randomly generated in the same fashion as the great modders here already do, like MCA and Starfires.

Imagine, if you wish:

Survivors of a highway robbery. (could be ongoing and perpetual)
A mother with a child who took Moon Sugar. (could be ongoing and perpetual)
A rogue mage who just happens to be "stuck" in a Guar (use your wicked imaginations from the game) Catch him several Morrowind months later for the same offense, and have him haggle his way out of this one.
A hunter caught in his own trap. (could be perpetual)
Guard party that was ambushed, with options to deliver their intelligences as well as heal them. (could be perpetual)
A pregnant Ashlander, Nord wife, Noble(any ethnicity) on the road or at their camps. You get to deliver the child. (could be perpetual)
The embarrassed cheating spouse that needs you to "heal" their indiscretion. (could be perpetual)
A plague affecting a small hamlet or town. Could have animations of those in the village (peppered in of course) that faint at certain intervals.
Rescuing a fellow healer who is about to be executed for a healing that went badly. You get the chance to ply your trade, and figure out what went wrong.
Making rounds to keep the towns free of disease with potions and poultices.(could be perpetual)
In the frozen lands, you come across the same as the above, with the added problem of frostbite, animal bite, or the need to actually find unfrozen WATER for your healing. (could be perpetual)
Heal the Rogue who wants to kill you after because you saw their face.
Heal those burnt from lava. Those blinded by ashstorms. Those who have allergies (there are already sneeze voice files in the game).
Heal or revive those struck by lightning(a personal favorite as I was knocked to the ground once by a strike) Imagine the animation. You come across a body with a bit of that Mournhold or Lavatube steam coming from his body and a message screen says "You come across a poor soul hit by a lightning strike. His heart has stopped but his pulse is fading. You: "insert options")"
The scenarios would be as limitless as your imagination, truth be told. (could be perpetual as above)

A college for Healers could be erected, nothing huge, maybe a nice round tower where you are to report occasionally for instruction, advancement, or reprisal. Would be great if peppered with all ethnicities and all ages. Maybe an occasional option for a temporary companion that also reports to the tower, so you can make friends that you will only see on occasion.

Would be great if it could add to your skills or attributes, as each healing or application involves many different talents.

Adding new tools to the game, maybe some reskinned picks and probes to look like surgery tools to help those in a bad way on the roads or in homes. Give those of you with great design skills to imagine what a true healer's pack or robe would look like. The pockets? A bandolier of healing scrolls? A large sack with implements (kind of like Wendy's bag in the Sakaki Manor Mod).

When I thought of it, I was reminded of that great mini-quest involving Nona in Tel Mora. The gathering of ingredients, the never knowing if the cure would kill her or cure her. The general "feel good" feeling of saving a life instead of taking one constantly.
Kudos to the creative team.

As usual, I can't create it unless it was a tactile figure or diorama, so I throw this out there to any that have the Healing slant to their want of game play.
