just wondering after you beat the game and boss of the institue are the repeatable quest or more quest that make it feel like your the boss. Or is that it you beat the game, become boss of it and sit on your ass?

Yes. There are several repeatable misc quests. Every faction has several repeatable (radiant) quests.

But basically, you sit on your ass. And wait for a DLC. This is my second play though. And I'm delaying running through the MQ has much as possible. It'll be the last thing i do.
