Still pretty sure it won't be that fast though. I was talking competitive fps twitchy where TTK are like half a second and spotting someone 1st is the biggest factor in winning firefights.

It really isn't expensive busywork. You have a one-time investment of, say, $1000 and you can add a few hundred every few years to keep it capable of playing new things at top settings. Then, after a number of years that is largely determined by your starting investment you buy another PC and start again.
I think too many people would moan about the graphics if they went for 60fps. They were already complaining after the first trailer.
They never mention the downsides. Like the atrocious Arkham Knight port. It will get fixed, but it's worth noting that Rocksteady didn't even bother to do the PC Port in-house and instead OUTSOURCED it to some random studio. A lot of games have problems here or there. Like some random setting that tanks performance when it really shouldn't. The best solution is not to buy any games at launch sadly.
I don't think OP is coming back. He created his account a few minutes before he created this thread and hasn't posted anything since.
Well I wouldn't call that busywork simply because that's just what you get when you use a PC, gaming or not. I know that it's simpler to play on console but all of those things you mentioned are minor issues at best and at worst are only simply annoying.
Stop complaining, first of all, 30 fps is the minimum, not the lock, for all we know the maximum could 90 fps, second of all, why are you playing Fallout on a playstation
maybe in UK and USA gaming pc's are good buy here in canada get good pc's for running games price starts at 1400$ and quickly moves to 2000+

so because the way our dollar is Being cheap is useless argument here in canada and market here for gaming pc parts is still realy small local stores charge even more than newegg.
but yeah if frame for consoles will hold at 30 than i don't think ill have complains
No, the game is locked to 1080 at 60 30 FPS on consoles; PS4 and Xbox 1. And as to the why maybe someone owns a Playstation 4 and not an Xbox 1 or PC but *Gasp* wants to play Fallout 4.
Edit: 30 FPS on consoles, not 60. My mistake.
This ^
I play games on my PS4 and I want to play Fallout 4, so (surprise) I'll get FO4 for PS4
Whoa, whoa, whoa, so 30 fps is the minimum?
...Why are people complaining then?
I'm sorry, I was mistaken. The game is actually locked to 1080 at 30 FPS on consoles, not 60 FPS.
30 Fps, 60Fps, Pc, Xbox, Playstation...
Do what I do
