Every time I try to apply Vault-tec Paint to a T-45b helmet, I die instantly.

Repeatable. Even if I shut the game down and reboot.

Also had an issue approaching the Red Rocket, just dying for no reason if you turned in the place next to the little blue car, but found if you go past the Price Sign towards Concord, and turn in, the glitch death disappears.

UPDATE- If you have more than 2 items painted with Vault-Tec paint it kills you not matter what.

I have the left and right arm painted, but if i try any other piece, Insta-death.
