Does anyone know or has seen any evidenco from the gameplay trailer of hardcoe mode in F4?

Nope, no confirmation of any sort.

I really hope that they do, but i have a feeling they won't

If they don't, there will be mods that add in a hardcoe mode in very, very short order. It will be one of the first ones out, and there will probably be a lot of competition between mods to be the 'best' hardcoe module.
