I'm just going to make a neat house. If it gets attacked by raiders, then I'll set up turrets and whatnot, but right now all I want is a player home that I built with my two hands.

A brothel. Will attract traders from all corners. Might even pull a few from as far as New Vegas.

First, a place to keep all my stuff. A building with lots of shelves and storage trunks.

Then a ramshackle house to tide me over until I have enough materials to buy some attractions, like merchant booths, and a couple other houses.

After that, some turrets and flame throwers to help fend off raiders.

And after that, I'll play it by ear.

A shining oasis in the wasteland. One that offers peace and a chance at a normal life. Oh yeah, and it'll be defended zealously by a man in his PA and his legions of ROBO-SCORPIONS!

Also a maze of death, because thats exactly what you need out in the middle of the wasteland.

But mostly a castle like town gaurded by curtain walls and towers.
