When i try to talk to Travis in the station he give me no action to initiate a conversation. This is trying to start the quest. Do i have to do something else to start it, i read i had to start with him and then go to the bar. The guy at the bar doesn't say anything because Travis won't say anything! Do i have to be a certain point in the story?
