I'm trying to get her to leave the vault since I passed her check after fixing Bobby. She uses the stock responses that imply she's leaving, but isn't. Even the residents occasionally say that she left, but she's still in the reactor room, totally unresponsive.

Also, what is her real relationship with Hector? They made that claim early on in the 81's intro, but there's no evidence to support it.
